Hello Suckers!
No seriously I am stoked to get someone other than a family member to read this blog, I will be kinda bouncing around here in my journey through my culinary minefield. For the cooks, chefs, and professional foodies this might not be your cup of tea, but for us who can and do regularly burn our food and still manage to ge the insides still frozen this may be your if not salvation but at least a way not to kill the holiday get together with a case of food poisoning.
This is my first mantra, All Hail Alton Brown! I'm not kidding get on your knees and pay the man his due. He has made it possible with just a little attention payed to his instruction that even a moron should be able to make something edible, (unless you make a bourbon pecan pie and give it to a staunch Mormon sister in law, OOPS)
Breakfast, the most important meal of the day will be my first attempt at teaching a little help.
